Entourage Movie

Director: Doug Ellin

Stars: Adrian Grenier, Kevin Connolly, and Jerry Ferrara

Summary: Movie star Vincent Chase, together with his boys Eric, Turtle, and Johnny, are back – and back in business with super agent-turned-studio head Ari Gold on a risky project that will serve as Vince’s directorial debut.

My Review: This movie is a continuation on from the extremely successful television series of Entourage. This movie will only make sense to viewers if you have seen the television series. Of course the directors and actors all proclaim that you definitely ‘can watch the movie without any prior knowledge of the television series and still understand it’. In my opinion it’s vital for you to watch the TV series otherwise I wouldn’t bother watching the film. The TV series was much better than this movie. I didn’t enjoy this movie at all with the focus being placed way too heavily on cameo appearances from real life celebrities and sports stars rather than the film itself. Would only recommend the movie to those who have seen the TV series and even then I would hope you wouldn’t be as disappointed in the movie as I am.

My Rating: 5/10
